enhancing positive, professional business
relationships between URS employees and
government contracting
officers. After proving my
expertise with URS's need for experience
with federal contracting statutes as well

management knowledge, I was promoted from

and professional, environmental, and
other miscellaneous service contracts
worth several million dollars for
KellyUSA redevelopment into a viable
business park and for its tenants'
ongoing support. Worked with
GKDA Board members and senior staff to
formulate new procurement policies and
procedures due to GKDA's uniqueness as a
State subdivision. Helped
negotiate multi-million dollar Operating
Agreement between the GKDA (EG&G's
hiring agency) and Lackland AFB for
facilities Lackland leases at
KellyUSA. Mentored junior
administrators in contracting
techniques. Used webmaster
skills to post contract solicitations and
advertisements on the KellyUSA web
pages. Due to excellent
workload management and team building
skills, 1) selected as EG&G's
Employee of the Quarter for April - July
2002 and earned promotion after only
seven months, 2) selected as GKDA's
Senior Contract Administrator in Oct
2003, and 3) listed as the Who's Who at
in the April 2004 KellyUSA newsletter.
>> Until a satisfactory job revealed
itself, took an interim job as a Financial
Associate for the CitiCorp Call Center at 100
CitiCorp / San Antonio TX 78245-3214 between July
2001 to March 2002. In that position,
advised numerous banking clients of information
regarding their checking, savings, line, and loan
accounts. The calm and friendly
responses given even when clients experience a
variety of emotions earned several awards for
quality.
